A device is not validated in isolation. It is tested against the functions it must perform inside a build: metered air addition, dynamic closure, pressure integrity under load, and controlled relief.

A cyclic vacuum machine checks tightness. Endurance rigs and burst benches push hardware and assemblies to measured limits. Those thresholds become the quantified baseline for integration.

Lot-to-dive traceability

Each serial number resolves to the production lot behind the device, tying material batches, build inputs, process conditions, and bench acceptance results into one controlled record.

That evidence travels with the build. After integration, the serial number keeps the device accountable to that record, equipping integrating brands and service networks with a verified route back to the facts behind its release, from assembly to field use.

Engineered to EN. Qualified for the long run.

Each HYDPRO device is engineered and verified against the harmonised EN standards relevant to the role it performs inside finished underwater systems.

Standards set the baseline. HYDPRO qualifies beyond it, validating long-run stability across cycles, handling, and exposure to keep in-use response consistent in service.

For OEMs and system builders, that validation is carried into integration documentation: conformity statements, interface drawings, and device-relevant technical data to support final equipment certification.
