HP Accurate Series

Compact HP hose for stable instrument routing

A compact HP series built for instrument routing and secure positioning.
Light, mechanically stable, and shaped for tighter HP layouts.

Solid HP Construction
HP Accurate is built for high-pressure use where compactness, low weight, and structural solidity must work together. Its construction and layer cohesion support stable mechanical performance over time.

Compact loop routing
The series remains manageable through tighter, shorter, and more constrained HP paths. Controlled flex supports clean routing across compact loops and space-sensitive layouts, including sidemount and rebreather setups.

Instrument positioning
HP Accurate is built for applications where gauge routing and positioning must remain dependable over time. Its compact format and controlled mechanical behavior make it well suited to serious instrument routing.

SPG ROUTING

For SPG routing, with 7/16” male UNF first-stage connection and 7/16” female UNF gauge-side fitting.

Color

Accurate color configuration for high-pressure hose setups, with a black outer finish.

Composition

High-pressure hose construction with bacterially resistant PU coating, aramid reinforcement, and polyether-based polyurethane inner hose for compact routing and mechanical stability.

  • Reinforcement: High-resistance aramid fibres
  • Inner hose: Polyether-based polyurethane
  • Fittings: Nickel and chrome-plated brass

Oxygen & Nitrox Configurations

Configurable oxygen-service, Viton sealing, and swivel fitting configurations for HP hose assemblies.

  • +V: Viton O-rings for Nitrox-ready sealing upgrade
  • +SW: Swivel fitting for controlled hose orientation and instrument positioning
  • +O: O2 Clean preparation with oxygen-service cleaning and controlled assembly

Matte-black hardware for selected HYDPRO HP Hose Systems. A darker, lower-reflection fitting configuration built for compact pressure indication layouts, professional equipment integration, and a cleaner technical profile.

Hose Systems. Series Engineering.

Pressure, flex, routing: no parameter works in isolation. From low to high pressure, each series is built around a distinct construction logic: materials, reinforcement, surface architecture and terminations work together to define pressure containment, flex response, routing stability and setup integration.
