Inflator System

Complete Inflator Systems. Integration-Ready

Configured by unit. Delivered build-ready.

Power Unit, Corrugated Hose, and Connector Unit form the three-unit structure of every HYDPRO Inflator System. Series, profiles, lengths, interfaces, and options are specified around the host BCD architecture, keeping the assembly defined from hand control to bladder interface. The selected configuration can be supplied as one complete inflator, ready to enter the build.

Built As A System. Verified Underwater.

The complete inflator is verified as one functional assembly. Submerged in tanks, checks follow the air end to end: command in, response out, each seal and coupling along the path. Coverage is 100%, before release.

Modular By Unit. Matched To The Build.

Modularity follows the host BCD architecture. Each unit is selected within a defined configuration, repeatable to the same specification.

Configuration Range

Unit-level choice at the equipment boundary: profile, reach, and interface shaped to the host layout.

Holds in Service

Materials and construction selected against contact, load, salt, and repeated actuation.

Native Fit

Built to the interface set the field runs on, from mount standard to BCD boundary.

Build-Ready Supply

One complete assembly, verified before release: a single reference entering the host build.
